“Happy” the word itself is so positive that as soon as it is uttered it fuels in energy and positive vibes.
So why is it so difficult to stay Happy, if not always but most of the time. I was watching one Ted Talk video and could very well correlate its message with theΒ generic behavior trend observed among us. The thing is that we stick ourselves so badly to the bad news,failure or negative feedback for so long that we miss enjoying the moment that we are in.
There are a lot of good things happening around us in life daily but we tend to focus more and more on why certain thing didn’t go well and as we wanted to.
I think if we all put a conscious effort to stick more with the positive outcomes and ignore negative outcomes quickly than I really feel that this situation can be reversed. We can stay happier and live a very fulfilling life.

- Learn from mistakes and try not to repeat it
- Be mindful and stay in present
- Focus on your strength
- Help someone
